Le Cinque Terre

The past few days have been packed with some of my favorite memories of the whole trip so far (and I keep saying that so this trip keeps getting better and better!) On Monday Elena, Libby, and I climbed the duomo, which was 100% worth it. I can’t emphasize enough how amazing the view was. You could see the entire city and the countryside beyond, and it was especially incredible when all the church bells started ringing in unison. That night eight of us split a Florentine steak and some appetizers, and all together it very well might have been my favorite meal of the trip, if not of all time. When I thought the view couldn’t get any better than that of the top of the duomo, we traveled to Le Cinque Terre. Even though I unfortunately felt sick for part of my time here, over the two days I made it to all the 5 towns and they all had their own unique charm and beauty. If at some point I find myself in Italy again I will definitely try to come back because two days was just not enough to appreciate all of it. I took way too many pictures to fit here, so check out the photos section to see more of Le Cinque Terre.
